New residence in Okaville. This house style is very in line with the surrounding area and it was exactly what the Owners were looking for. The lot is irregular shaped. As a result, the garage had to be placed on an angle and be designed to integrate well with the rest of the house. We also believe that the house integrates well with the mature trees found on the site.

Custom home in Oakville. This design captures the style of this Oakville neighborhood with elegance and proportion. The 2nd floor is “tucked” in behind the main roof so that the building height appears to be lower but this house has actually 10ft ceiling on the main floor and 9ft ceiling on the second floor. The house sits on a two level lot which was incorporated into the design to maximize the potential of the topography and landscaping. The interior was also well detailed, in line with the style and quality of design of the house.

This project went for lot severance process and each resulting lot was relatively small for the size of the houses the Client initially wanted. However, with good space planning the result exceeded the Client’s expectations.
