A new 6-storey condo building with 168 units and 162,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground floor beside a busy intersection in Hamilton. Underground parking is proposed for this development to achieve the desired number of parking spaces. Amenities will be on the rooftop. The design is very contemporary in principle consisting of a glass mass with striking architectural details. The use of the wood panel architectural feature at the corner softens the building and becomes the main focal point from the street. The building faces are closer to the streets which is an urban design approach that is more desirable in this busy urban area.
