New residence in Waterdown. This traditional stone covered house is exactly what the client envisioned while working with Pierre Urban Architects. The L-Shaped house design allows for a large porch and provides privacy for the owners. With its bold features that stand out from the street and large open to above foyer and catwalk Pierre Urban Architects is pleased with the result and is looking forward to construction of the house in the Spring of 2018.

The Cedar Springs Health, Racquet and Sports Club is an older building and needed some help to be modernized and upgraded.The project consisted in an extensive renovation of the club including new washroom, renovation of existing washrooms, change rooms and main foyer. Pierre Urban Architects worked together with interior designer Dawn Anastasakis to achieve the Client’s goals and vision for these spaces.
