Office Building Renovation in Oakville

Project Description

The scope of this project was to complete renovate this office building located in Oakville. The Client wanted to modernize the space with a bold and elegant interior design. The renovations will happen throughout with special attention to the reception area and main accessible washroom located at the entrance lobby. The old stair case will be re-cladded with stain steel and a new glass raining will be introduced to make the stair case the focal point of the main entrance. The washroom is being completely guttered and new finishes and architectural elements introduced for striking first impression.

Pierre Urban Architects was retained by the City of Burlington to design a new canopy for that building as well as to enhance overall entrance area. The Client desire was to modernize the building curb appeal. We came up with an eye-catching design that really transformed the overall building appearance.

Project Description

The Cedar Springs Racquet Club Building needed a new exterior modern look to compliment the recent interior renovations Pierre Urban Architects has been helping with. Lima was asked to come up with a concept for this facade and our team is pleased with the results. We replaced the outdated metal cladding with new ACM panels while introducing new shapes and refinished the masonry.

Project Description

Contemporary re-build and addition to an existing side split house in Burlington. We used a combination of stone and architectural wood looking cement panels as accent to “break” the stucco walls. The elongated canopy ties in the 3 car garage to the house and gives it a striking horizontal line.

The L-Shaped house design allows for a large porch and provides privacy for the owners.
