New mixed-use building in Ancaster, ON. This project is for 10 residential units which are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and commercial use on the main floor. The building is located closer to the street and the parking is at the rear of the building with access via a driveway going under the 2nd floor above. This contemporary design suits well the concept for this development. The design has a striking and simple massing while manipulating the use of solids and voids.

Project Description

Contemporary and traditional concepts for 2 semi-detached houses in Mississauga. Client had chosen the traditional version and requested that the design be in line with this area. This project went for lot severance process and each resulting lot was relatively small for the size of the houses the Client initially wanted. However, with good space planning the result exceeded the Client’s expectations.
