This building will house male and female washrooms as well as an accessible universal washroom in compliance with the Town of Oakville accessibility guidelines. This modern design with its simple roof lines and composition of materials integrates well with the overall design of the park and its landscape.

The Cedar Springs Health, Racquet and Sports Club is an older building and needed some help to be modernized and upgraded.The project consisted in an extensive renovation of the club including new washroom, renovation of existing washrooms, change rooms and main foyer. Pierre Urban Architects worked together with interior designer Dawn Anastasakis to achieve the Client’s goals and vision for these spaces.

Renovation of the police staff washrooms at the Halton Region headquarters building. Accessibility and maintenance were the main concerns of the Client. We covered all the walls and floors with vinyl product that is very durable, easy to clean and to maintain. The new wall panel colours match the corporate colour of the Halton Region which gives the washroom an identity of being part of rest of the building. Halton Region is happy with its new aesthetically pleasing washroom.
